The right to exchange and return is guaranteed for all our customers and applies to all products displayed in our store.
All products listed in our store are subject to the exchange and return policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Products can be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and in their original packaging.
Exchange or return requests will be approved within 3 working days. If the exchange or return request is approved, the courier will reach the customer within 3-5 working days.
Please send a message via WhatsApp to the number provided on the shipping invoice to request a return or exchange, or contact us through the "Contact Us" page to request a return or exchange.
Please photograph the product and send it along with specifying the city, address, and order number for it to be exchanged with another product if the product is defective, has a specific flaw, or does not function as agreed upon. The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is entirely different from the product description on our website.
We are not responsible for any expectations for the use of products by the customer that we did not mention on the product page on our website.
